JULIE SAMPSON

Julie Sampson is the author of Ruby and The Boss Cricket, the first in the Inspire Island Series for Middle Grade readers. The second book, Galvin the Tomte, is to be released in the fall of 2025. 

A standalone Middle Grade novel, Abstract Karl, will be published in the summer of 2026.

She authored two non-fiction sports books – Elite Wrestling and Beginning Wrestling. Her articles have been published in The New York Times and Newsday. 

She lives in Connecticut with her family.
