Paul has two mystery series in traditional print. One features Johnny Morocco, a Private Investigator who works out of a pool room in Atlanta, Georgia in the early 1950’s. The titles include The Wrath of the Dixie Mafia, Fair Game, Picture This, Double Trouble, and Blackmail and White Lightnin.' The other mystery series protagonist is Max Maxwell, a retired US Army intelligence officer who has an office in Edmonds, Washington. In addition to the normal cases he accepts from clients, he is often called to assist his old Army boss, Bill Hart in off-the-books investigations that have taken him to Canada, France, and Iran. Dancing in the Dark, Sentimental Journey, That Old Black Magic, We'll Meet Again, Racing with the Moon, and Blues in the Night are in print in that series. All books in this series have titles of songs from the WWII Big Band era. In addition to the series, he has four stand-alone titles: Operation Brighteyes, Where There's Smoke, Demon Riders, and Operation Thunder Strike.
War Stories and Fairy Tales and From the Delta to the DMZ are the first two books in a three book series of novels about Viet Nam. The third book in the series is scheduled for publication in April of 2016, and is under consideration for a feature film.
He has 11 films produced from screenplays he wrote, and a People's Choice Telly Award as a producer on Minutes to Midnight.
