K.L. Murphy is the author of the Detective Callie Forde Mysteries including The Perfect Girls (September 2026), The Murderer’s Girl, and  Last Girl Missing. She is also the author of The Great Forgotten (January 2026) as well as the award-nominated Her Sister’s Death, a Silver Falchion Finalist for Best Mystery 2023 and the January 2023 Once Upon a Book Club Pick.
