JOSH PACHTER

Josh Pachter is an author, editor, and translator. His work has been a finalist for the Edgar, Anthony, Agatha, Macavity, Lefty, Derringer, and Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine Reader Awards and has won a number of  these honors. In 2020, the Short Mystery Fiction Society selected him as the recipient of its Golden Derringer for Lifetime Achievement. His short fiction appears regularly in Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine and many other places, and his Level Best publications include First Week Free at the Roomy Toilet (an Anthony and Agatha finalist for Best  Children's/YA Mystery) and Every Day a Little Death: Crime Fiction Inspired by the Songs of Stephen Sondheim.
