BARRY FULTON
Barry Fulton is a retired diplomat, former Air Force officer, and occasional university professor with overseas assignments in Brussels, Italy, Japan, Pakistan, and Turkey. His latest novel is The Scorpion and the Bear. He writes the Thomas Sebastian Scott Espionage Series: The Irish Imbroglio, Behind the Seventh Veil, The Lady is Bugged, and Flame: Hackers, Artists, Lovers, and Spies. His short stories have appeared in Bouchercon's 2024 Nashville anthology and 2025 New Orleans anthology. Fulton is a Senior Fellow at the Salzburg Global Seminar and a member of the Public Diplomacy Council of America, DACOR (Diplomatic and Consular Officers Retired), and Sisters in Crime.
